SCS/Track allows advertising and production managers to control and monitor ad workflow and manage current and archived digital ad assets. SCS/Track gives ad make-up staff quick, direct, prioritized access to electronic documents. Jobs are routed electronically from station to station and are presented to users in deadline priority order. 

At the click of the mouse, SCS/Track launches an ad job on the user's workstation in the appropriate ad creation program, such as QuarkXPress®, InDesign® or MultiAd Creator®. Each job action is automatically date/time-stamped, recording action, location and operator so ads can be quickly located from any production workstation.

Our ad servers feature high availability (dual server architecture with replication) and multi-terabyte storage. Five9sAdBoss™ is available to manage a hot standby server configuration.

SCS/Track is optionally web-enabled under the control of Community Advertising Services™. Included in this package are online proofing, which allows your customers to review, correct and approve their ad proofs on a secure website and EditionAdBoss™ which provides a real-time visual representation of an edition, including zoned editions.
