eBillAdBoss™ is an optional add-on to AdMAX™, powered by CAS™. With it, advertisers can view and control their billing information online. Advertisers securely log into eBillAdBoss and see the current balance, last payment, aging and transactions from the current billing period. Advertisers can search through their past information and drill down for more detail about any ad or payment. Customers are able to view and reprint copies of their statements.

Agency accounts are fully supported.

On-account advertisers can make online credit card payments. There is also a direct link to another optional module, eTearAdBoss™, for online tearsheets.

The Ad Information page shows the advertiser detailed information about an ad including the date and product of each insertion and how the ad was priced, including extra charges and discounts.

The Payment Information page shows the advertiser how each payment was applied (i.e., to which invoices and ads).

The look and feel of the application can be customized by the newspaper (e.g., to match a website’s brand).
